Free Freight Shipping on All Orders

Every product at Elite Equipment HQ ships freight-included to any address in the contiguous United States. There are no hidden freight charges, no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.


How Our Shipping Works

All orders ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carrier. Because our products — vehicle lifts, tire changers, and wheel balancers — are heavy commercial equipment ranging from 400 to over 4,000 lbs., standard parcel carriers like UPS and FedEx are not used.

Your order ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse to your delivery address. Once your order is processed and tracking is confirmed, we will email your tracking information. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.


LTL Freight Delivery — What to Expect

LTL freight delivery is different from standard parcel delivery. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Curbside delivery is standard. The freight carrier will deliver your order to the curb or end of your driveway. The driver is not responsible for moving the item inside your garage, shop, or building.

Liftgate service is recommended. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift at your delivery address, you will need liftgate service to unload the freight from the truck. Liftgate service must be requested at the time of purchase. Contact us at support@eliteequipmenthq.com or (480) 827-6912 before ordering if you need liftgate service and we will arrange it.

You must be present for delivery. Freight carriers require someone to be present to sign for the shipment. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window.


Inspect Your Order Before Signing

This is the most important step of the delivery process.

Before signing the delivery receipt, thoroughly inspect all packages and the equipment itself for visible damage. If you notice any damage — dents, crushed packaging, cracked components — note it clearly and specifically on the delivery receipt before signing. Do not sign a clean receipt for a damaged shipment.

Customers must report any damage or missing items within 3 business days of delivery. Damage reported after this window cannot be processed for a claim. Photos of the damage taken at delivery are required.

If damage is found after the driver has left, contact us immediately at support@eliteequipmenthq.com with photos and your order number.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Freight shipments leave the warehouse within 3–5 business days of order processing. In rare cases involving high demand or inventory delays, we will contact you with an updated timeline.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time. If you are located outside the contiguous US and are interested in purchasing, contact us directly at support@eliteequipmenthq.com to discuss options.
