When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order — not at the time of shipment. This is standard practice for freight-shipped equipment orders, as your order is submitted to our supplier network immediately upon purchase to begin the fulfillment process.
Payment Security
All transactions on eliteequipmenthq.com are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. We do not have access to your full card number at any point during or after the transaction.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation at the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour, check your spam folder or contact us at support@eliteequipmenthq.com.
Order Processing Time
Orders are reviewed and submitted to our supplier network within 1–2 business days. Freight shipments typically leave the warehouse within 3–5 business days of order processing. You will receive tracking information by email once your shipment is confirmed.
Pricing
All prices displayed on eliteequipmenthq.com are in US dollars and are inclusive of any applicable discounts. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged to your account will be the price displayed at the time you placed your order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state and local tax laws.
